How It Works

Book online. Pick up your date before. Party. Return. That's it.

Step 1

Pick Your Date & Book Online

Head to the booking page, pick an available date on the calendar, and choose your setup — self-pickup ($149) or home delivery ($249). Add any extras: virtual backdrops you upload yourself, custom-designed backdrops we create for you, or a weekend rental window if your event runs Friday through Monday.

Pay in full at checkout. You'll get an email confirmation with your booking details, a link to the rental terms, and everything you need to prepare.

Need a custom backdrop? Book at least 7 days before your event. We'll send you a design brief and handle the rest.
Step 2

We Configure the Booth

Before your event, we load your preferences into the Lumabooth software — your virtual backdrops, filters, sticker settings, and capture mode (photo, GIF, boomerang, or video). The booth arrives ready to go. You don't configure anything on-site.

If you set up a guest disclaimer or waiver screen through your booking portal, that's loaded too. Guests see it automatically before they take their photos.

Step 3

Pick Up & Party

Self-Pickup

Pick up from Cherry Hill, NJ the day before your event. Return by noon on the first business day after your event.

Home Delivery

We deliver to your residential address the day before. Available within 20 miles of Cherry Hill, NJ. Residential addresses only — no venues or hotels.

At your event, guests walk up to the booth, take their photos or GIFs, and get them delivered instantly via SMS or email. No app download, no login. Just fun.

Step 4

Photos & Gallery

Every photo session is synced to a private gallery on fotoshare.co, associated with your booking. After your event, you'll receive a gallery link with all the photos and GIFs from the night. Share it with guests, download everything, or keep it for yourself.

We don't use your guest photos for any commercial purpose without your written consent.

Step 5

Return or Retrieval

Self-Pickup

Return the booth to Cherry Hill, NJ by 12:00 PM (noon) on the first business day after your event. Late returns are $75/day.

Home Delivery

We retrieve between 10am–2pm the day after your event. You don't need to be home — just make sure the equipment is accessible.
